David and the MCS Software have been wonderful in assisting me with CMS reporting and guidelines.  Without the support of David and using the MCS software I would not have been able to meet the reporting requirements.  I would recommend the MCS software to anyone who handles CMS reporting.  David has been a pleasure to work with and the customer service I receive is top notch.  Thanks,  Allison

Under Section 4002 of the Support for Patients and Communities Act reporting prescription drug coverage information will no longer be optional under Section 111 of the Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Extension Act of 2007 beginning January 1, 2020.

Section 6202 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1989 required the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the Social Security Administration (SSA), and CMS to share information that each agency had about whether Medicare beneficiaries or their spouses were working.
