Located in sunny Tucson Arizona and home of the University of Arizona, Medicare Consul Services is the first and premier Section 111 mandatory reporting software and agent service.

Started in 2008 by the former Program Director, David Piatt, of the Medicare Secondary Payer

Recovery Contract  (known today as the Benefits Coordination & Recovery Center or BCRC) .  Mr. Piatt

helped write Medicare’s User Guide and played a large role as an honest broker in helping Medicare

understand the insurance industry including: representing pools and other non-traditional insurers,

mass tort insurers, clinical trial sponsors and suggesting some of the first reporting thresholds.  We

provide software and services to Fortune 100 companies, government and municipal agencies and we

are the leader in clinical trials reporting.
